As STM, I am the leader of the Study Team and representing the Study team at Global Clinical Team level for internal studies

As SLM, I was a member of the Core Study Team representing the monitoring and site perspective for both internal and outsourced studies.

As CLM, I was responsible for planning and managing country budget, for co-ordinating Italian monitors, for reporting to Global Study Managers and Local Line Manager and for contacting the Opinion Leaders

As CRA, I was responsible of the selection and the training of the centres to be involved in different international clinical trials. I follow the centres from the protocol application to the different local Ethic Committees since the close out visits at the end of the trials. Responsible also for the validation process of Quality Control procedures and for SOP review.
