- Manage the CSPA’s programs and projects in English and French so that they align with the strategic priorities of the organization- Lead the development of CSPA’s official bilingual publication, Canadian Skin and À Propeau, and related educational resources for patients, families, and health professionals- Create resources in a variety of different media (reports, infographics, website resources, animated videos, workbooks, social media content) for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to support them through the ins and outs of living with chronic dermatological conditions- With the Executive Director and in collaboration with other staff, develop the annual project plan for CSPA to execute strategic priorities established by the Board of Directors- Exceuted knowledge mobilization tasks including planning and evaluating the best methods of disseminating the findings of each project, planning campaigns for new resources or report launches, graphic design of reports, and designing social media content (graphics and copy) for resources- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop project plans that meet funding commitments, expectations, timelines, and budgets- Collaborate with the Executive Director on the development of funding proposals for CSPA projects for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, policymakers and the public, including a proposed budget- Coordinate patient feedback during the development of new resources with patients and caregivers to ensure that projects reflect their needs- Develop and deliver presentations and draft reports for stakeholders, board of directors, funders, and policymakers as needed- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers- Translate and/or review translations for all French documentation for the organization- Build and track KPI metrics for our projects and evaluate our projects and goals; implement changes from these metrics to improve our reach and effectiveness

- Create, implement, and evaluate custom exercise programs for individuals who have a variety of physical, mental, and neurological conditions (often complex cases with multiple comorbidities)- Facilitate one-on-one kinesiology sessions with clients to implement the treatment program in a safe and sustainable way; adjust sessions based on the client's capacity on the given day and any new injuries or pain that may be present- Conduct comprehensive client assessments with subjective and objective measures to establish their baseline capacity/abilities so that we can work to build their capacity to meet their goals and the demands of their life.- Build rapport with the client through a mindful approach of active listening and compassionate, client-centred care to improve buy-in for the treatment plan- Maintain client records and case notes in accordance with the College's guidelines- Write assessment and progress reports for clients for Veterans Affairs Canada (for Veterans in the rehabilitation program) and insurance companies (for MVA clients)- Produce educational content for social media (graphics and copy)- Create informational resources for different client populations to help to improve their quality of life

- Engage with current and potential customers on social media platforms in French and English by answering customer inquiries to increase engagement and convert them into sales and company growth- Translate video transcripts and ad captions from English to French- Produce paper edits of marketing/corporate videos by thematically coding transcripts into digestible, consumer friendly content to better highlight the company's values, products, and processes.

- Conducted a content audit, review, and consolidation of CHEO RI's intranet in collaboration with the Director of Communications to assess for necessary content updates, analyze and mitigate redundancies and other out-dated information so as to streamline and improve the user experience on CHEOnet.

- Represent and accompany veterans (active and retired military personnel) to Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) during the disability claims process to help them access benefits and services- Analyze veterans’ medical files to determine their eligibility to initiate a disability claim with VAC- Help and guide veterans in crisis and/or in need to validate their experiences and guide them toward the relevant services and resources - Communicate with clients, colleagues, and community organizations in French and English to best serve the needs of veterans and their families

Nominated by my peers to co-chair the varsity board and consequently represent over 850 student athletes at the University of Toronto's Council for Athletics and Recreation. Worked alongside the other co-chair and the Varsity Blues staff to discuss and plan the topics and agenda for the monthly board meetings.

Nominated to represent over 850 student-athletes at the University of Toronto on the Council of Athletics and Recreation to contribute to the University's decision-making process regarding their athletics and recreation endeavours.

Participated in the budget-making and decision-making process of a $30 million budget so as to maximize services and minimize the cost placed on students via their student fees.

Nominated by coaches to represent the Varsity Blues women's curling team on the varsity board. Actively contributed to discussions surrounding varsity athletics at the university of Toronto and participated in the decision-making process regarding the University of Toronto's varsity program.

Starting athlete on the University of Toronto's women's curling team for 4 straight seasons, contributing to a 2016-2017 OUA Bronze medal. Selected by coaches to represent the team on the University of Toronto varsity board. This experience strengthened my time management, interpersonal, leadership, and instructional skills.

- Filed, arranged, and processed shipping and receiving with 10 courier and freight companies to provide the most efficient and cost-effective shipping for over 300 customers in both French and English. - Created a rates table to optimized the shipping process for employees and customers across Canada

- Planned and lead on and off-ice sessions for a group of 16 high-performance youth athletes to facilitate sport-specific and interpersonal skill development- Collaborated with 5 other assistant coaches to facilitate the highest level of development and enjoyment for the athletes- Oversaw the overnight care of 96 youth athletes (ages 13-19) at a week-long high performance camp

Created and implemented practice plans and team building activities for children and youth aged 6-17 to facilitate team cohesion and encourage personal development

Developed and executed lesson plans for over 400 children and youths of varying physical and cognitive abilities to foster physical literacy skills and character building, while facilitating personal and taekwondo-related development.
