Sabrina is a bilingual energetic and motivated senior manager of integrated marketing at WMATA. She has a myriad of experience creating her own brand from the ground up, being a community leader and advocating for small and local business. Sabrina has served her community sitting on the board of the Mount Vernon Lee Chamber of Commerce, the Mount Vernon Friends board of directors, the Women's Council for Make a Wish Foundation and many more. As a senior manager at WMATA, Sabrina is responsible for large scale marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing an $8M budget and working closely with our creative agency. Sabrina manages a team and collaborates cross functionally to push strategic initiatives forward. She is a team player and a leader who is already well-respected at the organization.Previously, as a marketing manager for Giant Food, Sabrina was responsible for creating and managing large marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, managing budgets, maintaining and marketing business and community partnerships, creating marketing materials for retail stores, editing and creating content for external publications, competitive intrusion plans and external communication. Sabrina was collaborative and worked across cross-functional teams. Sabrina has brought innovative ideas to Giant, creating unique marketing programs for the non foods area of the business and the pharmacy. Sabrina manages the pharmacy, health and beauty care, general merchandise, cleaning and big paper, and all other non foods and front end programs. Sabrina previously owned and operated a retail bakery for a decade, called Occasionally Cake. In this role, Sabrina was responsible for the business P&L, marketing, hiring, training, creating the product, managing the website content and social media strategy.
