Current• Administrative and clerical dutieso Requesting and filing required documents like immunization records/ medical exemptions, registration forms, contact information, and information needed for billing of parents. o Handling finances like, billing of parents, making deposits, inventorying and ordering food and supplies, and paying bills.o Files and forms required by regulatory facilities like, background requests for potential new hires, disaster drills, rosters of children and their parents.o Create and maintain sign in sheets, menu and lesson plans, newsletters, and calendars of events.o Organize and plan in house guests, events, and field trips.o Keep track of various schedules for each individual child both for time at the center and transportation. • Teachingo Provide direct supervision to children between the ages of 2 years and 12 years. o Design, organize, and plan enriching experiences for all children that build upon the individual needs of each child. o Assist with personal hygiene needs, reinforce proper hand washing, healthy food and drink choices, rules and routines of a classroom, and manners.o Instruction on basic life and amidic skills such as; alphabet, number, color, and shape recognition, and social skills.o Clean and disinfect surfaces and toys according to sate regulations.• Drivingo Transport children to school from the center and back, making sure to follow all state laws and safety recommendations for children. o Check vehicle for safety and have vehicle repaired as needed. • Janitorialo Clean and maintain floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and moping.o Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces.o Restock restrooms as needed.o Maintain outdoor play spaces.o Set up and remove furniture as needed for events.
