Responsible for managing two full service, front-of-house departments (Audience Services and Concessions Services) at YBCA on a campus consisting of the 700+ seat theater, art galleries, screening room, black box forum, and ancillary event spaces. The Audience Services department includes a team of House Managers, Staff Ushers, and Volunteers that uphold safety protocols, welcome guests, check tickets, provide way-finding, ADA accommodations, and excellent customer service for all of the audiences that attend YBCA's events. Audience Services staff are present at every single event and venue rental, including load-in and load-out days, year round. Along with the Concessions Bar Staff team, I manage over 30 on-call staff and over 60 volunteers, seasonal recruitment and hiring, onboarding, training and development, complex scheduling, payroll and compliance for these teams. I have compiled and authored handbooks and service guides for all of my teams as well as quick-guides and resources for additional temporary event staff. As the Operations Manager, I was in a core position on a small team; responsible for finance, human resources, facilities, IT and equipment, event planning and management, sourcing vendors and general logistics. McEvoy Foundation for the Arts presented exhibitions and events that engage, expand, and challenge themes in the McEvoy Family Collection. Established in 2017, McEvoy Arts’ vision is to create an open, intimate, and welcoming setting for private contemplation and community discussion about art and culture.

Managed the in-house Food and Beverage program at YBCA on a campus consisting of the 700+ seat theater, art galleries, screening room, black box forum, and ancillary event spaces. Designed and executed dynamic concessions and bar offerings including specialty cocktails, pop-up food vendors, and tailored menus. Hired, trained, and lead a staff of bartenders for working theater concessions, opening exhibition parties, public programs, as well as intimate private events for donors, community and corporate rental clients. As part of the Events Department, the ongoing strategy is to make the Food & Beverage program a scalable revenue stream for the organization in compliance with policies and licensing. Created budget for program, analyzed expenses and revenue through software for accounting, inventory, and an event management database. Managed special projects such as: artist Tom Sachs' "Logjam Cafe" as part of the Space Program: Mission to Europa exhibition September 2016 - March 2017. Most importantly, provided the utmost in hospitality and service to all of YBCA's guests.

A key member of the finance team at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Responsibilities include general bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end reconciliations, expense reporting, operations management of a biannual charitable raffle, year-end tax preparation, organization and office management. While working in the position I transitioned the organization from paper credit card report reporting to digital reporting.

Responsibilities include payroll and bookkeeping; website maintenance; coordination and communication with co-workers, vendors, clients and performers; graphic design; promotion and publicity; and general office management for a popular music venue.
