I’m on a mission to be the best part of someone’s day, sparking a ripple effect of kindness and compassion that inspires others to do the same. My work is grounded in the belief that when we take care of ourselves, we become better equipped to care for those around us—creating a world where empathy and connection thrive.With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my roles as a therapist and founder. I’ve led nationally recognized wellness and nonprofit healthcare programs, serve as a therapist in behavioral health, and worked as a business leader in large retail and international cosmetics. My professional expertise is deeply informed by my 20-year relationship with my incredibly supportive husband. Together, we’ve navigated life’s ups and downs, which has given me even more insight into the complexities of human connection and resilience.I’m the founder of the Relational Mastery Institute (RMI), an integrative mentorship program that takes a heart-centered approach to thriving. RMI’s philosophy is rooted in love, purpose, gratitude, mindfulness, and self-care. I believe that prioritizing self-love is the foundation for helping others. Through RMI, I empower individuals to discover their purpose and meaning while learning to put themselves first without guilt—a transformative shift that allows them to show up more fully in their lives and relationships.As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Italy, I often find myself recharging in Sardinia, my favorite place in the world. Growing up as the oldest of five girls in a big family has shaped my nurturing spirit, and my love of connection extends beyond my work.
