As a Compliance Coordinator, I am responsible for delivering a highly professional candidate experience throughout the compliance and on boarding process to ensure Hays and clients mitigate risk and adhere to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).I am also a core member of a regional project, launched to boost efficiencies and optimize processes in the business' delivery model. As a pioneer team, we work continuously to uphold and improve the quality of service provided to both internal and external stakeholders.The regional project has since been launched to our Hong Kong and Malaysia market upon a successful pilot with our Singapore market.
