- Coverage of a portfolio of over 15 large groups (CAC40 size) and MidCaps- Find new opportunities and market them: make pitches and client meetings- Identify Structured Finance transactions addressing Corporates’ strategic needs (IG and non IG) : refinancing of Syndicated Loans (Term Loans A&B, RCF) and large Bilateral Lines (up to €100m), Bridge Loans, Private Placements (Schuldshein, Euro PP), Secondary Loan, large Real-Estate facilities.- Negotiate term sheets and all transactional documents (Facility Agreement, covenant, integrate ESG metrics, …).- Assess risks associated with proposed financings and develop solutions to mitigate such risks.
