Collaborated with multiple Registration Administrators to help the process of applicants applying to become a registered nurse or registered practical nurse. Conducted file closures on a bi-monthly basis through the use of a database query. Updated a database by logging applicant correspondence, such Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB).
