Diageo Hospitality Group- representing the Diageo portfolio within 50+ on premise key accounts throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts - education on products - menu assistance - special events - cocktail creation - staff trainings and interactive demos

- Responsible for recruiting and interviewing influencers and educators for on and off premise event execution in the Massachusetts market.- Effectively train staff on client brand, programs, policies and procedures and ensuring excellent execution of these tasks- Appropriate staffing of events according to target consumer, account selection and program KPI's- POS coordination/kit making and warehouse management for our five storage units which includes our MATCH unit for all Hyperlocal events- Effectively manage execution through on-site attendance and other quality control methods- Full knowledge of Massachusetts state and local alcohol laws and regulations of these laws with promotional activity- Manage payroll and expenses of staff within the Massachusetts market- Manage personal expenses and recording of all appropriate documents - Manage and send out open events daily as well as scheduling requests - Monitor Event Report Forms and submit photos from weekly events - Management of all MA and RI hyperlocal or brand funded events through communication with our partner agency, MATCH - Recording of warehouse inventory and delivered shipments- Sending out weekly calendars and event tracking to both the DIAGEO spirits and DBC teams- Management of our central booking rep for on premise events. Assisting with communication of accounts and the KAMs (Key Account Managers) from Martignetti for the on premise MA market.

Working throughout various liquor stores and restaurants, I help to promote and bring awareness to consumers through the sampling of Diageo brands through the MKTG marketing team.

-Management on the floor-In charge of ensuring that coworkers perform dynamic floor coverage and provide full education of product to guests -Create daily break schedules, communicate the daily goal and store happenings-Operate the store Facebook page for up to date in store studio events and happenings-Work in the new store studio and operate our mindbody platform, set up and break down for weekly scheduled classes and ensure that guests are receiving education on what we do and are giving class passes and schedule in order to drive in new markets-Give guidance and assist in resolving any questions or issues while on the floor-Train new employees on main store workings such as cash and hemming -Create the best guest experience and relationships in order to gain trust and also increase sales due to properly matching people with what they’re looking for in store and online

-Wait on customers and perform order tasks efficiently and in a timely manner-Brew coffees that need to be redone as well as clean all iced bins to do refills for the daily refresh-Clean the store based on Marylou’s guidelines on checklist sheet-Stock all products-Wrap new food shipments, date and store as necessary -Perform money orders and keep track of register -Perform lottery tasks as well as fill it all necessary tracking sheet for stats of that day

Guided by UPPAbaby's Tune up team leader, Sam Osborne, we travel in our UPPA mobile to different locations around the U.S. and provide customer service to all UPPAbaby customers and in-store product sellers. Through previous sign-up online, stroller owners come to the specific location we are at. There, Sam and I each take a stroller and fully inspect, clean, repair and replace any broken parts for free on the stroller. During this time, while waiting, customers can go and walk through the privately owned stores which not only gives them the chance to look at other UPPAbaby accessories, but gives the store more business as well. Not only do I learn customer service skills, I learn marketing and PR skills as well.
