Managed the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical vacancies across five teams within the Trust: Eating Disorders, Liaison and Perinatal, Forensics, Rehab and Specialist, and Children and Adolescent services.My responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive array of tasks, including:- Strategically advertising vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.- Facilitating the seamless setup and coordination of interview processes.- Diligently managing pre-employment checks for new hires, encompassing essential verifications such as identification, DBS clearances, occupational health assessments, and validation of Covid vaccination status.- Issuing employment contracts with precision and timeliness.- Collaborating closely with management stakeholders throughout the Trust to ensure cohesive and efficient recruitment and onboarding experiences for candidates.I was steadfast in my commitment to surpassing our stringent service level agreements (SLAs), navigating complex procedures with finesse while ensuring meticulous updates across various proprietary IT systems, including Trac, ESR, Talent Central, and Cohort. Despite the multifaceted nature of my role, I consistently maintained oversight of a substantial workload, managing between 40 and 60 open episodes concurrently.

Effectively managed five NHS accounts encompassing both general and mental health sectors. I oversaw the deployment of an average of 30 to 50 ANPs, RGNs, and HCAs on a shift basis, ensuring seamless staffing coverage. Additionally, I meticulously processed their weekly timesheets, ensuring accurate submission of information to the Payroll Team for timely processing.My responsibilities extended to maintaining a robust talent pipeline through active engagement with job boards, LinkedIn advertisements, and proactive headhunting of passive candidates. I conducted thorough CV screenings and interviews to identify suitable candidates, supporting the Compliance and Renewals Teams in obtaining the necessary documents to meet the varied standards of different Trusts, including DBS checks and booking mandatory training sessions.Central to my role was the delivery of exceptional customer service to both Staff Banks and individual workers, fostering strong client relationships and cultivating loyalty among staff in a fiercely competitive market. I consistently strove to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), successfully maintaining a weekly shift volume averaging between 800 to 900 hours.

Sourced healthcare professionals for the Temporary and Permanent Teams, finding the appropriate candidates for each niche in the market, satisfying the staffing needs of diverse clients such as NHS 111 and various private companies.Vast success in candidate attraction, signing an average of 8 new candidates per period, using different job board searches, constructing adverts and utilizing contact tools as LinkedIn, job boards and social media.Even when my role did not involve contact with clients, I had the chance of dealing with some of them, establishing relations that allowed me to prepare the candidates for their interviews; arranged assessments dates and negotiated salaries. This position eventually led me to my promotion to Recruitment Partner.
