My mission was to elaborate and implement all the politics and procedures for the Grand Opening of the hotel on November 6th 2010.Onomo Dakar Airport 3* was the first hotel of the brand opening in Africa. It was the pilot hotel before Abidjan, Bamako, Libreville and Lomé.I did recruit the entire team for the Front Office Department, including receptionnists, team leaders, porters, airport shuttle drivers, security guards (15 persons).I had the ability to train the entire team prior to the opening.I created and implemented all the documents necessary to the Front Office department, which went from the creation to the printer, and then to the hotel.I took part in the configuration of all rooms and hotels security lock, and had a full Kaba system training.I did recruit my assistant Front Office Manager for him to take my position in February 2011 for my return to France.

My main responsibilities were analysing performance and business trends, forecasting, budgeting, recommending pricing strategies. Working closely with all departments in the hotels to grow revenue through all business streams.I did use the following tools and softwares:- Holidex- Opera- IBP- PerformI attended the IHG Revenue Academy in Francfort in 2008.- Optimization of RevPar / RGI- Animation of Revenue Meetings- In charge of the reservation department, managing a team of 2 persons- Pricing management, loading and modification on extranets- Competition analysis- Duty Manager

My mission was to train and manage the Reservation Deparment for 270 rooms.I had in charge the elaboration of the weekly forecast, free sales and allotments management.I took part to the implementation of the Perfom, IHG yield management software.

My mission was selling luxury products (wine, perfumes, souvenirs) through different shops in the French Pavillon at EPCOT, Walt Disney World, Florida, creating interaction with the guest.I was also qualified as a Disney trainer when welcoming the new French Cultural representative.
