Sabrina Saunders Mosby currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vibrant Pittsburgh, a respected economic development membership organization that supports over 50,000 constituents through initiatives designed to promote inclusive and equitable workplaces across the Pittsburgh region. A visionary leader in workplace culture transformation, Sabrina has held key senior roles in various nonprofits, dedicated nearly a decade to public service, and is widely recognized as a sought-after speaker and facilitator.Her impactful leadership has left an indelible mark on the Pittsburgh region, with notable achievements such as establishing the City of Pittsburgh’s inaugural dropout prevention summit, Graduate Pittsburgh, and founding the African American Achievement Trust Collective Focus (AAAT-CF), a mentoring program that has successfully paired hundreds of students with mentors of color. Sabrina’s influence extends further through the development of the Strong Awards Breakfast and Advocates for Ambition Fundraising initiatives during her tenure leading Strong Women, Strong Girls and as a member of the United Way of SWPA’s Women United.Sabrina’s commitment to public service is exemplified by her extensive involvement in various community and professional affiliations. She serves on the boards of Allegheny Health Network, the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, Level Home Equity Buildings, the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, NACD - Three Rivers Chapter, Mount Ararat Community Activity Center, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Advisory Council, and has previously held prominent roles such as the Vice-Chair of the board of her high school alma mater Oakland Catholic, and board director of Pennsylvania American Water, the largest investor-owned water utility in the state.An alumna of the College of Leadership & Social Change Master’s of Science Program at Carlow University, Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Residing in the Pittsburgh region with her husband Brandon and their son Lincoln, Sabrina’s legacy continues to shape and elevate the communities she serves.
