A Pilates and Gyrotonic studio that taught clients with injury or physical disability and worked with each individual body on pain relief, continued range of motion, proper alignment and improved posture. My sessions included fine tuned hands on for increased well being. In addition, I designed a work-out for clients who wanted to get in shape and feel great with strong core work, increased strength and flexibility. I am certified in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and Yoga. At Traditional Pilates we offered teacher Trainings and Dance Fitness. I also taught dance class at my two studios, Balletworks in Yarmouth and Barnstable.
