- Oversaw the management, development, and day-to-day operations of the campus activities office and all campus events.- Managed the transition from in-person to virtual programming including serving as primary live support.- Managed student development, program development, program assessment, volunteer engagement, customer service, and established working partnerships with university departments and the surrounding community.- Developed and coordinated all aspects of 8 annual large-scale campus events, servicing 5000+ students including contracted talent, vendors, contract negotiation, risk assessment, insurance, catering, venue booking & logistics, and safety planning.- Responsible for the ongoing development of the campus programs infrastructure and strategic planning by developing both short-term and long-term strategies for increasing reach and visibility of campus programs.- Managed multiple budgets of $800k+ and all fiscal matters relating to project revenue, program budgets, payroll, expenses/accounts payable, and receivable.- Planned, developed, and implemented strategies for Beach Pride Events department and staff restructuring.- Served as liaison between campus departments and programs for campus-wide events in an effort to produce professionally developed, multicultural, social justice as well as diversity and inclusive programs for the campus community. - Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and direct supervision of (10) student employees and (20-30) volunteers in Beach Pride Events.- Managed and advanced over 300 projects in a typical year related to programming, talent contracts, outreach, marketing, product creation and distribution through utilization of project management platforms (Basecamp, Asana, MS Teams, etc.)- Managed the logistics for virtual conferences and large scale events including identifying virtual event platforms, talent/guest speakers support, and day of technical support.
