Scale-up an EMEA regional CSR initiative in America and Asia to grow it into a flagship social innovation initiative, in the area of entrepreneurship and technology.Responsibilities and achievements include: - Scaling-up a regional program into a global program. - Global management of the the HP LIFE Program www.life-global.org, deployed in 45 countries. - Management of local centers of excellence that supervise the regional developments of the program.- Set-up and supervision of the selection process for 300+ grantee training centers.- Management of external communications around the program (implement the communication plan, represent the program in international conferences, preparation and review of newsletters).- Monitoring and evaluation of the overall program (setting-up of an online M&E tool enabling the collection of data in real time, analysis of data, reporting to management on overall program social impact).- Animation of a global network of trainers through an online platform.- Supervision of training program components development (online community platform, online training, new curriculum releases, local translations, webinars, serious games around entrepreneurship) and communication of these developments to the program partners and grantees.

Successfully set-up a pilot program (including HP, UNIDO and local NGOs) to train young adults on entrepreneurship and ICT training, in 30 countries across Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Responsibilities and achievements include: - Selection of 150 partner NGOs to become our grantees training centers. Set-up the selection process, evaluation of the applications, recommendation of the grantees to be selected, tracking of the grants shipped.- Coordination of all program partners (HP, UNIDO, MEA-I) and of the grantees activities to implement the program planning I prepared each year.- Organization of 5 days Training-Of-Trainers (10 TOTs delivered per year in local languages) and organization of international conferences gathering program grantees. - Design the reporting process at the training center, trainer and student levels. Define metrics, report on the training impact and job creation.- Delivery of 5 days TOTs in local NGOs in EMEA.
