Responsible for managing the hotel’s website and digital tools (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring all sales and promotional materials align with the graphic charter and reviewing all media before external release. Oversees the production of promotional items and business gifts in collaboration with the purchasing department, supervises or creates advertising pages when necessary, and manages the hotel's photo library. Develops the annual communication action plan with the Commercial Director, creates events to generate press coverage or activity, handles press relations, and manages all media requests (visits, interviews, shoots).
