Niketan is a non-governmental organisation active in Bangladesh that supports disabled children. Together with 3 other MSc students a biodegradable and affordable diaper for incontinent disabled children in Bangladesh was developed. Responsible for:• Set up and conducted qualitative research into the culture and context of the mothers of an incontinent disabled child in Bangladesh. Research methods: ODK toolkit (Mink, 2015), contextmapping. • Created a vision for the diaper.• Generated ideas. • Designed a reusable and affordable diaper line.
