The darkest days of my life have allowed me to create light for others who need it most. After experiencing my own isolation and mental health struggles while trying to find a sacred space of mental well-being in the workplace, I decided that I had to change the narrative for others and to MAKE the space myself.I founded Project Passport with the goal of creating a preventative wellness and development experience that empowers people to face and take control of their problems rather than deal with them when things are far too late. Little did I know just how much companies and their teams needed this guidance and support to create a more tool-based space for mental well-being. My company has served a multitude of companies and organizations across a variety of sectors nationally and internationally. We are beyond grateful for the opportunities to change the world, one team at a time. Finally, I have a special place for working with women because I know the heavy hats we wear. Sometimes, we need a break and need to wear our self-love crowns.
