• ETRM project management, Reporting and managing mark-to-market, positions and value-at-risk (VaR) daily for Repsol North America’s LNG/gas/power trading desks• Managing and providing training to risk analysts and taking leadership role for ETRM projects within the mid-office, particularly enhancing ETRM system functions and ETRM implementation. • Tracking inventory volumes and providing inventory valuation of gas storage, Park & Loan contracts and LNG cargos; monitoring, and evaluating the financial and physical hedging strategies of the Front Office for these assets• Conducting Pre-Deal and Look-Back analysis on major Structured Deals such as Storage and Transport AMAs, Peaking, Power Plant Tolling and Long Term Storage contracts.• Providing daily P&L and Position reporting to traders and senior executives; Conducting validation for End of Month processes with the Accounting on realized and unrealized P&Ls prior to publishing of monthly Gross Margin of the Gas and Power business.• Delivering ad hoc reports and queries relating to P&L, positions, and/or Value-at-Risk from the Allegro ETRM System • Monitoring daily exposure limits within the Trading Control framework and ensuring the deals are being entered in the system under the guidelines of Deal Entry Protocols.

Job Function: Managing gas and power risk books; Mentor power and gas risk analysts and responsible for all facets of reporting for the Energy trading group Provide leadership role in all Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) projects. Ensure quality of First of Month Intra Month (IM) Reports produce by IM team and Reconcile that with Term End of month P & L. Ensure quality of daily reporting of hedge position and curves and plant valuation coming out of IM reports. Ensure of quality of intra-month: Power and gas volumetric position by curve and delivery period; Transaction volumes, tenors, and prices; End-of-day prices in ETRM; Settlement prices; MTM (commodity gross margin) valuations by curve and forward delivery period.  Oversee position and PL reporting for all short-term power activity. Oversee position and PL reporting for all physical gas and financial gas books. Provide daily position and PL reporting for merchant services book. Provide month end reconciliation between Gross Margin forecast and account actual. Oversee month ‘Flash’ process between Risk and Accounting. Validate and sign-off on structured transactions entered by Deal Clearing. Assist accounting with correction counter-party disputesProject Management: Project lead for non-merchant contracts valuation, Gas Storage Valuation projects, Put Spread Option valuation, VAR and Stress Testing projects Modeled 23 Steam products in the ETRM (Nucleus) for Mark to Market valuation and invoicing. Designed and implemented an enterprise level reporting architecture by integrating various data sources and delivered through Risk Portal. Improved the quality of deal entries in Nucleus through various real time exception reports.

Perform energy market analysis and economic analysis pertaining to North American Natural Gas and Power markets to support consulting projects.  Building market models of natural gas and power markets using in-house economic and option valuation tools such as Storage Valuation Advisor, Park & Loan Optimizer, Energy Risk Advisor … etc  Providing market analysis, price forecast and evaluation of investment opportunities for LDCs, natural gas pipeline and marketing companies Developing risk management and hedging tools for clients to mitigate their risk from oil and natural gas contracts. Developing statistical and stochastic models to analyze historical behavior of natural gas, power and oil prices and to simulate various price indices – gas daily price, first of month price and forward price

creating and maintaining comprehensive supply chain data management systems for Stage Store’s business functions.
