Job title: Consultant ElectricalProject : 3 Building 2B+G+12+R (Resi), 2B+G+8+R (Comm) and 2B+G+14+R Hyatt Place 4-star Hotel at WASL district Deira.Client: WASLReview of material and Technical submittal and verify the details with project specification, standards, operational sequence and ERMS-4 the specification provided by Hyatt group for 4 star hotel and serviced apartment building.Designing and supervising the field of LV (Power, Lighting, MDB, Capacitor Banks, ATS, Bus Bar Risers, UPS, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Generator, Elevators, Smoke management System, FAHU, AHU Controls and Dampers, Garbage and Linen Chute Controls, Fire Detection, Disabled and Medical Alert System, CO System, Central and self-Contained Emergency Lighting with monitoring, IP CCTV & ANPR, Access control & Gate Barrier, Guest room Electronic Key System (Ving Card), Intercom, IPTV, GRMS, AV/BGM with Video conference solution, ITV, Active Components and SMATV,Gas leakage system etc.)Review of shop drawing submitted by the contractor and verifying with IFC drawing and site requirements.Attending the inspection raised by the contractor and confirming the work is going on site as per approved drawings and standards.Prepare the logs, daily reports, Maintain records of inspection made, test performed, work executed etc.Assisting the QS and planner for Monthly progress, Monthly payment and full involvement in variations raised by contractor.Witnessing the testing and commissioning procedures at site (Fluke test, OTDR & OLTS Test, Infrared Scanning, Thermo graphic survey, Primary and Secondary Injection test of ACBs and MCCBs. HV Test, Generator load test, Bus bar mV drop test, Battery discharge and load test, Spectrum test, Interfacing test, Cold and Hot test etc.)Attending the inspections along with authorities and expediting the work at site to get the approval from authorities.Review As built drawings, Warranty Letters, O & M Manuals and Preparation of Handing over Documents

Designing of all ELV systems (Fire Detection, Voice Evacuation, Central and self-Contained Emergency Lighting with monitoring, IP CCTV, BGM & PA System, Access control, Intercom, IPTV etc.Commissioning and Programming of ELV systemsVerifying and updating of construction drawings provided by the contractor for Authority approval.Guidelines directing to execute schematic and lay out drawings at sitePreparation of as built drawings as per site executionPrepare Cause and effect matrix for fire alarm system.Attending civil defense inspection, consultant inspection, and conducting training for FM team.Provide warranty and Emergency support to the customer.ELV System Maintenance and fault rectification
