Glagol is an online and offline school of public speaking. When I joint the team, I was the 3rd person in the bureau. So we started from scratch to build the brand and find a working marketing approach, testing plenty of hypotheses every week.I was enhancing brand presence and sales by creating and promoting our website, managing publications on Instagram and Facebook, and publishing promoting articles on top media. Together with a team we created and implemented a brand identity that now works on all levels. Also, I launched educational products such as offline cards for public speaking prep (you can buy it on their website), interactive knowledge bases for customers, and brief webinar courses.Now Glagol is one of our customers. After leaving I helped them with launching a corporate media.

Unium is a federal network of educational centers with 10 000+ students in 2017. My key goal was to grow customers' NPS and LTV and also take care of the team's NPS and loyalty.
