- Responsible for the design and implementation of the service delivery infrastructure network.- Optimize existing layer 2/3 data center and WAN network topologies.- Evaluate and select enterprise class networking equipment and network monitoring tools.- Implement firewall and security policies.- Documentation of existing and evolving network environments.- Act as top tier support for escalated networking issues

Technology Alliance Group is a Managed Hosting Facility providing all Information Technology Services. Our clients ranged from Financial, Medical and Academic institutions. Our core business was to understand Business requirements and translate them in to System Design encompassing all aspects of technology; Network, Systems, Application and DR/BCS. My core responsibilities revolved around Pre-Sales Design to Post Implementation of Systems / Networking / Application for our customers. I was also responsible for keeping the Tier 4 Data Center up and operational providing 99.995% up time.
