Some of his recent projects were Nike and UIL. Nike was a worldwide project consisting of 51+ countries. The scope of the project included PA/OM, ECM, US Payroll, ESS/MSS, SAP EP, Taleo, SoftScape, BI with Cognos etc for a employee population of 35000. On the other hand UIL was much more challenging in regards to making sure the current instance of SAP HCM is kept running while the other companies merge into the same instance after the transformation. UIL had PA/OM, Payroll, Performance Management, e-Recruitment, LSO, ECM, BW and Nakisa. In both the projects he was involved from the RFP stages and helped the team to win the deal for Wipro and then managed the project till it stabilizes. In his broader role as a Solution head for SAP HCM and SFSF he manages all the HCM RFPs, solution and all other presales related activities for NA. -
