On the other hand UIL was much more challenging in regards to making sure the current instance of SAP HCM is kept running while the other companies merge into the same instance after the transformation. In both the projects he was involved from the RFP stages and helped the team to win the deal for Wipro and then managed the project till it stabilizes. In his broader role as a Solution head for SAP HCM and SFSF he manages all the HCM RFPs, solution and all other presales related activities for NA.
