Product Owner
Product Owner of head office solution for pharmacy retail group in Australia.• Product owner for multiple scrum teams.• Perform the Business Analyst function for multiple products and bespoke projects. • Collect and analyse feedback (via workshops and interviews) with customers and internal stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and new products. • Work with senior management (C level) to create and support the product strategy and roadmap consistent with company vision, procedures, change control and release management processes. • Form and maintain successful partnerships with key stakeholders internally (Sales, Marketing and Support), and externally (SMB and enterprise customers).• Develop product requirements, acceptance criteria and manage product backlogs to best achieve goals/objectives and ensure initiatives are aligned with the company vision.• Product backlog grooming to ensure user stories are priorities accordingly and ensure the backlog is prepared for sprint planning.• Improve Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) for application suite.• Work closely with the engineering and development team, in an agile development environment, to deliver new features and products. • Provide regular status updates to the management team for all projects.• Ensure internal stakeholders are briefed and trained on upcoming releases.• Work closely with the QA team to ensure test plans are appropriate for releases and acceptance criteria have been identified.
