Welcome whomever you are 👋 A few words about me, so you can get to know me better 🦄I’m a passionate marketing enthusiast with a background in media agencies and mobility services with a high level of ambition and compassion for both the brands I work with, and the teams I lead. I’m a social cultural bearer, thriving in the company of people and a dynamic environment. I excel in establishing strong relationships, in fostering engagement, performance and motivation in my teams. ♻️WORK EXPERIENCE: Almost 20 years within in marketing. First half working at agencies, the other half within primarily scale-up businesses. +9 years from some of the best media agencies in Denmark, working closely with advertisers, building strong relationships as well as top tier strategies and campaigns for e.g. Interflora, Danske Bank, United International Pictures (UIP) etc. based amongst others on strong customer, business- and market insights. Part of the pitch and strategy team within MediaCom, leading the company to wins throughout my years in the company, +8 years in the mobility sector in both a large organisation (Arriva) and scale-up companies (DriveNow and later SHARE NOW). Being responsible for building and maintaining Denmark's biggest carsharing brand. Managing marketing campaigns, brand development, digital presence (web and app), CRM and mails, social media, PR and stakeholder management for both private and public partners, as well as in the organization across borders.✅ CORE COMPETENCIES: Marketing strategy and brand building, marketing communications, go-to-market strategies (B2C and B2B), digital marketing (including SEA, SEO, CRO, programmatic), new media, cross channel marketing, business development, customer insights, data analysis, ROI, sales and churn modelling, P/L management, relational leadership, employee motivation and empowerment. 💖 LEADERSHIP: I have had the great opportunity of building my own team in a scale-up company and have been managing my team for more than 6 years. Prior to that also professional leader for more than 6 years in Arriva and MediaCom. I believe in strong relationships and open communication within a team.
