I have been working in the Luxembourgish financial sector for more than 10 years and had the opportunity to build a diversified experience in Human Resources.First, my experience as payroll officer at BNP Paribas Luxembourg allowed me to acquire a large overview of the different activities within payroll activity, but also all the interactions I had with the different services of the HR Shared Service Center (Finance, Leasing, Compensation & Benefits...). This experience has permitted me to develop my rigor and an efficient organization.Then, my HR Business Partner Senior position for BNP Paribas Securities Services has enabled me to improve and demonstrate my interpersonal skills, listening and negotiation in addition to knowledge of the banking collective agreement and labor law. Finally, my position of team manager allows me to be part of transversal processes such as the annual Compensation & Review Process but also organize, manage and support my Team.
