• I performed and managed console specific tests for Xbox, PlayStation and PC, identifying and reporting bugs for several titles, of which 1 was released. This made sure the title was compliant to console specific requirements reducing risk of resubmission from Sony and Microsoft, saving the company time and money.• I organised test runs using Test Rail, this involved managing several testers at once requiring exceptional communication and leadership skills, tracking all the results, data and issues, ensuring all bugs were logged correctly on Jira, aiding the development process.• I managed the compliance team, running 1-2-1s with each individual team member, acting on all of their feedback and better directing them towards their goals. Mentoring junior staff’s developmental needs and placing them in positions to support their needs.• My management of this testing area gave me a great opportunity to enhance my leadership skills. Feedback from the teams and management was very positive due to my ability to keep morale up and keeping the team engaged on the task at hand.

• SGSCO is a global brand design agency that combines strategy, graphic services, and workflow optimisation. I created test plans, test cases, regression and integration plans for several web applications (Blazor/C#) that included apps for project management workflow, production operations, finance and reporting, automation and printer specifications. These applications are used globally across a large number of sites by circa 6000 people.• One particular area, among many, that I was given to focus on was to test a significant number of batch actions to help enhance productivity across the apps. The test planning and cases for these batch actions had to be carefully managed as they affected a wide range of important operating global data. Over a period of 18 months, I managed circa 20 batch actions to live release which saved the company over £1million in operating costs.• During my time here I became proficient in Azure Devops expanded my SQL querying knowledge and embedded my understanding of the agile software development lifecycle. I also benefited from working with a global group of diverse colleagues, often being involved in technical briefings, building my communication and management skills. I would often engage with stakeholders to report my analysis of current features and where improvements could take place, positively influencing development, improving the end user experience.

• I began as a QA tester responsible for building test cases and running test plans, reporting any issue found on their game portfolio. I worked with check sheets and Test Rail to track my work in an organised manner. For this role I had to be very inquisitive and analytical to return an outstanding number of quality bugs.• After a month as a QA Tester, I proactively secured a position as a Compliance tester.In this role I was responsible for testing multiple projects in parallel, such as GRID and F1 2019, for adherence to Microsoft product standards. I created written reports for our tests with Microsoft Excel spread sheets in conjunction with Jira-based bug tracking. My role ensured that compliance was met, and the games could proceed to release without resubmission.• I became proficient with the Microsoft XDK Toolkit allowing me to efficiently perform tests across multiple devices.

• I tested a variety of marketing tools as well as application landing pages and emails for our clients. The features on the landing pages varied from simple static pages to dynamic pages with interactive elements so I adapted the approach to my test planning and running appropriately.• In the Partnermarketing role I was responsible for the system testing of our marketing tools, as well as the QA of the assets available on the tool. These assets varied from landing pages to print items. I was also tasked with the system testing whenever new updates were launched and writing up test plans for the upcoming feature ensuring successful releases.

• This role comprised the certification of console games just before release to retailers and distributors and involved taking the game through a series of tests to ensure it worked without faults in adherence to Microsoft product standards. I would also take games through Italian language checks. I developed excellent time management skills as well as good critical analysis and attention to detail in this role.
