I am a confident, good humored person who has a positive approach to their work. I have a passion for working in computers and am currently studying information technology with DCU. My course includes subjects such as Java, Python and Web Development. I have also completed programming courses with Dundalk IT and Castlebar College of Further Education.I currently work in customer service where I am responsible for interacting with customers to provide them with information, address inquiries regarding products and services and additionally deal with and help to resolve any customer complaints.I have also previously been employed as a box office receptionist where my duties included serving and assisting customers with both internal and external enquiries including operating the booking system. I was required to operate the cash register and be responsible for receiving payment for tickets, vouchers, etc., by cash and credit cards, including advance telephone sales, and to keep a record of all such sales.
