My passion for curriculum development, teaching and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is deeply rooted in supporting the diverse needs of all students, including those with disabilities and from marginalized backgrounds. My work in faculty development and wellness is a cornerstone of my career, reflecting my commitment to holistic education. This work has provided opportunities for growth, complexity, collaboration, and innovation. Additionally, I've served as a faculty advisor, sports coach, and community advocate, contributing to initiatives that uplift and empower.
