• Manage over 70 specialty stores; responsible for an annual wholesale budget of $1.5 million • Establish relationships with existing accounts and expand the business to new accounts; becoming the only territory with increases to LY• Daily responsibilities include reviewing orders with buyers, monitoring shipping status, selling performance, inventory awareness, reorders, and negotiating return authorizations and exchanges • Responsible for planning and executing 5 markets a year• Manage all aspects of competitive intelligence for distribution strategy• Plan and host in-store stock/trunk show events

• Manage and oversee women’s Wholesale Department Store business in California, Washington, Las Vegas, Denver, Phoenix, and Texas. • Oversee, challenge, and motivate Shop Managers within the West Coast Region. • Mentor and develop Shop Managers on how to exceed sales plans. • Partner with Account Executives and Buyers on specific store needs and allocations. • Partner with Merchandising Team on product opportunities and suggestions for future deliveries. • Lead sales and build essential rapport with store managers, department managers, and specialists.• Motivate and educate store specialists and associates on product knowledge, key trends, selling points, and theory standards. • Ensure visual standards are set per theory standards.

• Managed and oversaw women’s, men’s, and accessories businesses in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Denver, and Phoenix which resulted in achieving if not exceeding monthly and seasonal plans. • Communicate with specialists and managers regarding business and action plans. • Maintain awareness of numbers by store/by door including plan, TY/LY actual and reason for shortfalls. • Provide critical issues from store visits, including: sales recaps, merchandise fit and quality issues, plans and results of special events, and visual merchandising comments. • Conduct product knowledge seminars for the education of specialists, sales associates, managers, and personal shoppers. • Merchandise the selling floors per the directive and adjust to store standards.
