Organised and led a digital transformation competition with 85 + participants over a 4 months period.

Aftermarket department

I was responsible for analyzing business performance data and translate these insights into strategies and initiatives based on category, retail and shopper insights. More specifically, I was trained and worked with Nielsen sales Data and GFK household panel data to conduct both structural and ad-hoc analysis on performance, and conducting extended category deep dives and in-store research, analyze how consumers behaved on the shop floor as well as identifying threats and opportunities within the categories. Based on these outcomes, I translated my insights into recommendations for both retailers and PepsiCo. Furthermore, I was trained and worked with PowerBI where I worked on a developing data visualization tools.

Developed the Dutch National Health Project's mission, vision, values, short & long term strategy, target segment & more, which is sending Health and Medicine related student in Ghana and Brazil to build a healthcare campaign to raise awareness and attempt to enhance their healthcare system.
