As a Manager working for “La Compagnie de Tabacs Comme il Faut”, Haiti’s leading tobacco company. I began as the facility maintenance manager where I ensured the proper functioning of all utility equipments essential to the manufacturing process and through my dedication and hard work I was promoted to production manager, where I achieved set production targets while adhering strict ISO standards.In addition I have also applied my creative and project management skills as an entrepreneur, overseeing they design, planning, and execution or residential and corporate construction projects.Proficient in creative thinking and keen on continuous improvement, I have successfully helped companies attain their objectives within the responsibilities given to me.
