Responsible for managing client relationships and cultivating new clients or our National Accounts. Working closely with our technology team to implement and transition our AI technology with our clients. Working as a liaison between our HR/Payroll team and our clients to ensure a seamless transition of our services and build on referral business.

As an Account Manager I am the liaison between our new and existing clients and Coface underwriting, administrative, and enhanced information departments. I play a key role in enhancing our client’s experience of Coface products by processing credit insurance applications, renewals, changes to existing policies, obtaining documentation for claims, and maintaining policy records according to company procedures and guidelines.

I work with Coface's credit insurance underwriters, analysts, and attorneys to secure and review financial statements of some of the largest corporations in North America. I contact and develop relationships with the CEOs/CFOs of these corporations to request their confidential financial statements. I compile and summarize financial and credit information and work with attorneys to create executive confidentiality agreements. In addition, I create sales leads in the Sales Force CRM for mid- to large-sized business producers, report directly to the company president in my efforts to increase sales, and follow up on potential sales.

I was the owner of Ohmega Fashions in Anaheim, CA a men’s clothing retail store in Anaheim, for nearly 6 years.

In this role, I interacted with various physicians/service providers to negotiate fees in contracts and individual claims, assisted in forming contracts, followed up with providers to ensure payments were received, and answered inquiries. I dealt with secured information via the database of Principal Financial group, worked with Microsoft Office and Excel, and conducted online research.

At George S. May International, I set appointments with officers of small- to mid-sized businesses who were interested in meeting with our 80-year-old management consulting firm.

As an inside sales representative at Landmark Merchant Solutions, I sold/provided business financial services to new businesses, including credit checks, lease applications, and approvals as well as marketed to potential customers and handled customer service.

In this role, I completed service work for 50+ companies under our health insurance, including adding and deleting employees off insurance plans, working with major health carriers, conducting billing and claims, and adjusting and following up on correct procedure codes. I also created presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets for our agents.
