But as my daughter left for college, my marriage hit a rough patch, and I faced the full brunt of perimenopause symptoms, I found myself lost, anxious, and without a clear purpose for the first time.This tumultuous period forced me to take a hard look at my life. I realized that I couldn’t continue on the same path and that I needed to prioritize my own needs—something I had always put last as a mom and wife.Why I Became a Life CoachI discovered that my struggles were not unique; many midlife women face similar challenges. This realization inspired me to become a life coach.
