Sach Chaudhari, after completing master's in science (M.S), began his career in Silicon Valley, contributing to companies like PTC, Documentum, and EMC. His experiences in these roles, ranging from individual contributor to executive, honed his insights into employee transformation, compliance and training challenges within diverse organizations.His journey led him to Harvard Business School, where he studied under influential professors like Clay Christenson and Robert Kaplan, known for the Balanced Scorecard. This period deepened his understanding of aligning customer needs with organizational resources and capabilities, a pivotal moment in his career.In 2011, after completing his studies at Harvard, Sach founded Paradiso Solutions. His vision was to create an end-to-end platform to accelerate talent transformation across industries. Paradiso began as a Learning Management System (LMS) company and evolved into Paradiso ONE, offering a comprehensive suite of training and education tools, including an award-winning LMS, LXP, AI-powered authoring tools, and a content library with over 70,000 courses. Paradiso Solutions has since served thousands of clients in over 30 countries. Sach's contributions extend beyond technology. He has developed several new models and frameworks for the training industry, such as the 4M skills-based training, Talent Transformation Acceleration, AI Companion Corporate ladder and Revenue Acceleration for training organizations. A regular speaker at conferences, Sach is recognized for his thought leadership in L&D programs, growth of revenue for training organizations and the intersection of training and AI. In 2018, conversations with VC friends and executives at leading tech companies in Silicon Valley sparked the launch of R&D projects on leveraging AI in training and education. This led to the creation of CogniSpark AI and Indra AI, now pioneers in AI-based course creation and AI tutor technologies. Holding 11 patents in technology, Sach is at the forefront of AI and robotics research, envisioning a future where AI tutors and robots transform corporate training as well as kids' education.Sach's passion for revolutionizing education was further fueled by the birth of his daughter in 2016. He envisions a future where education, enhanced by AI and robotics, is more engaging and accessible to every child globally. When not working, Sach enjoys reading and playing tennis.
