Hi, this is Sachet Mhatre , I am currently working with Princess cruise lines as a Chef de Dartie , I started to work with Princess cruise lines back in December 2013 as a assistant cook and worked my way up to Chef de Partie. I have done my masters in culinary arts from culinary academy of India, Hyderabad from where I got selected for Princess cruise lines in a campus interview and done my BSc in hospitality and hotel administration from IHM Ahmedabad during my curriculum I have also did my industrial training from The Oberoi’s and Trident Nariman Point Mumbai.
