With Philips, as Solutions leader, Sachin has been working with healthcare providers in understanding their pain points and building end to end solutions to reduce these challenges. These include innovative business models, hospital design & engineering, Philips as well as non-Philips products and services to improve customer efficiencies, to name a few. Since Jan '22, Sachin has setup a new Professional Services and Solution Delivery team focusing on Business Development and delivery of digital solutions at Philips. Hiring a star team and setting up a robust process to ensure success in long term.Sachin is acting as a catalyst and driving internal transformation program as Philips transforms from a conglomerate to a HealthTech focused solutions company.

As Head of Strategy for Philips India Sub-Continent, Sachin worked with India leadership as well as Philips Global Executive Committee to sharpen strategy and execute the identified initiatives on ground.The elements included identifying growth levers as well as creating make locally vs import scenarios depending on the direction government policies are shaping up.

At McKinsey & Company, Sachin did extensive work in the area of Sales and Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing as well as Procurement. These included large scale transformation projects as well as setting up of new organisation for launching on bio-similar products. Working at McKinsey, sharpened Sachin's strategic thinking and people skills. He started looking at people differently and realised all people have different motivators. Issues are different than people. One needs to identify and solve for the underlying issue and people change their behavior.

Working as Supply planner for India market, I was responsible for Capacity planning (short term as well as long term), represent Supply Chain in the SnOP process, MRP execution Coordinating with distribution, RM procurement team, PM procurement team and manufacturing plants to service the market requirements.

Coordination between different departments like Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, RM/PM Purchase, Capital Purchase etc. for successful manufacturing of new products for Semi Regulated Markets.From August took over Indian supply planning which involved coordinating for nearly 400-500 SKUs to be delivered from own plants and LL/TP locations

Undertook feasibility study for establishing sugar mill in Mozambique, Africa. The scope included sourcing of cane, agricultural practices in the country, distribution, agreements/treaties governing sugar trade in Least Developed Countries and business opportunities in developed world.
