As an Associate Software Engineer at 21C Care Pvt Ltd, I take responsibility for the development, deployment and maintenance of important software systems. Besides acting as the primary developer on the important projects, I perform client relationships for their requirements satisfaction and also lead the cross-functional team so that complex and high quality systems can be developed on time. A mix of skills including technical knowledge and leadership abilities are employed by me in tandem with teamwork to ensure successful completion of projects whilst helping propel the company forward.
