I am a first year medical student at UTCOMLS. I am very passionate about helping others. Throughout high school and college, I have been involved with various volunteer organizations, most notably Opening Minds through Art (OMA), where weekly, I do artwork with an elder who has dementia. I have also shadowed various specialties, where I have been able to see the holistic differences, medicine has made in people's lives. Through volunteer, shadowing, and research experiences, my future goal of becoming a physician has been further instilled. I believe that as a physician, I can take my passion for providing care, and make a profession out of it.
