I contributed as L&D consultant for MTN - BRC Digitization project to design & implement 'Training & Development' strategy in order to meet learning objectives for Digitization initiative across retail channels touching around 4000+ employees for their skills enhancement.This was feather in cap assignment for me and as a HR professional I loved working on this billed opportunity.
