- Overall responsibility of business development & operations for regulatory compliance of electronics, wireless and telecom products- Pre-sales & closing contributing to business growth of the organisation- Process training of the team and team management for synergy- Key Client management and Retention- Project management for Telecom (TEC), Wireless (WPC) & eWaste (CPCB) business by heading respective teams- Management of IT team for continued business (internet connectivity, collaboration and office applications)

Key Responsibilities:- Business continuity and Key Client management- Working with top management in development of competitive strategy & approach for business growth- Working closely with govt. regulatory bodies for development and revision of standards / specifications and regulatory approval project execution.- Offering consultancy & strategic approach for regulatory compliance of telecom equipment, OSP licensing, BIS registration, Wireless licensing to company clients- Overall responsibility of operations of the telecom test laboratory including maintaining NABL accreditation and TEC designation- Handling International regulatory approvals for various countries- Working with our global team on project planning & execution, strategy development & dynamic content creation for web portal.

Project management & consulting role:• Handling a team of engineers for project management for regulatory approvals oftelecom products from BIS, TEC, & WPC.• Consultancy for registration of OSP and BPOs as per DoT regulations• Key Account Management for business developmentTechnical management role, CITL Test Lab:• Overall responsibility of all technicaloperations and testing activities of the lab including calibration, maintenance etc.• Development of test procedures for testing of telecom equipment• Liaison with NABL & TEC on all technical aspects for accreditation & CAB designation of the test laboratoryQuality management role, CITL Test Lab:• Development, Implementation andmaintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) as per requirements of International standard ISO/IEC 17025 including conducting internal quality audits.• Development of strategy and coordination with NABL for lab accreditation and its maintenance• Coordinating all activities in the organisation for attainment of quality objectives and continual improvement in all processes.

Preparation of application documents, testing for BSNL TSEC/ BIS registration / TEC Interface & Type approval and follow up with authorities for issue of certification/ approvals• Consultancy and support services for International and domestic OSP/BPO registrations• Assisting in managing key accounts / clients• Leading a small team of compliance engineers for TEC, TSEC, WPC approvals
