Current• Responsible for providing technology services that meet the needs of clients. Also in charge of ensuring that the delivery of advanced technologies and solutions is done with a professional, honest and personalized service approach.• Responsible for the overall direction, planning and control of all aspects related to project development and its functions.• Effectively managing multiple projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the Clients satisfaction.• Coordinating project delivery to key customers.• Monitoring resources to ensure the prompt resolution to all client queries.• Resolving conflicts within the project team.• Responsible for ensuring that the Delivery Team works at maximum efficiency.• Looking into incidents where project delivery does not meet expectations.• Engaging with senior management for strategy planning & business reviews• Ensure that the project team understands all aspects of the project, their respective responsibilities.• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Team Leads and Team Members.• Working closely with Marketing Team to create new marketing plans and monitored results.
