As a Placement Operations Lead I work closely with Sales POCs, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective placement process.Job Analysis and Position Requirements: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each job position. Conducting job analyses to determine the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience needed for a successful placement.Recruitment Strategy: Based on the job requirements, placement ,developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Molding the candidates according to the requirement if the client. Giving necessary training if required.Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Once applications are received, we assess candidates against the position requirements. We also assist in conducting interviews or coordinating interview processes with hiring managers.Selection and Offer Process: Facilitating in the selection process by coordinating interviews, gathering feedback from interviewers, and assisting in final candidate selection. If required my team get involved in conducting reference checks and background screenings. Once a candidate is chosen, then we help them prepare employment offers and negotiate terms, if necessary.Onboarding and Orientation: After a candidate accepts a job offer, we assist them in the onboarding process and also ensure that necessary paperwork is completed, coordinate with the candidates in the orientation sessions, and provide necessary information and resources to new employees.Data Management: Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, positions, and placement activities. They can be used as applicant tracking systems or other software tools to manage candidate databases and track the progress of placements.
