Hello friends, Myself Sachin Dhamdhere. Basically I am a agriculture graduate. I have completed Dairy Farm Production and Management from Pennstate college of agriculture. I have also taken a practical training for dairy farming from Italy. I am working in this industry from last 20 years . Currently I am working as a Dairy Farmimg Consultant. I worked with Sarda Group as a Farm Manager from March 2014 till June 2020. Farm is situated in outskirts of Nashik having capacity of 800 milking animals and 600 young stock. 2007 to 2013 I worked as Feeding Manager in Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farm, I was looking after all the feeding activities includes feeding, forage production & maintenance related to feeding machinery. Initial days in Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farm I have worked with Mr. Mike Kilkenny, a well known dairy farm expert. Here I also got chance to work with US nutrition consultant Mr. Frank Delfino as well. I have also worked with Mr. Edmund Piper our second farm manager at Bhagyalaxmi Farm. 2003 to 2007 I had worked as a Fodder production and procurement manager.
