Project: L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Ltd (Automatic fare collection)This Project consist of 3 Corridors which are being further divided into 6 Stages comprises of total64 stations on which supply, install, test and commissioning of the Automatic Fare CollectionSystem which shall include Central Level, Station Level system, Network system, Interface withcontractorSystem Design, Development and Delivery• Provides technical direction for the Design, Development, and Systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation on AFC system.• Review the Design of AFC architecture comprise of Central Computer and Station Level Equipment (Station Computer, Automatic Gates, Ticket vending Machine, Add Value Machine, Ticket Reader, Ticket office Machine)• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.• Reviews work of development team. • Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.• Database Design Management and Database Administration.Technical Effort Management• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements. • Keeps Client well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.• Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library. • Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.• Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule. • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.• Selection of the third party vendors as per the Technical Specification of contract.• Interface with third parties like Payment Gateway for online banking, selection of Hardware and SoftwareDocument Preparation and Management• Preparation and review of Technical document comprise of system design and integrationof the system as per the contract requirement.

Configuration of Station Computer (SC), Ticket Issuing Machine (TIM) and managing components of SC, CC (Central Computer) like EOD (Equipment operational data), Supervision in Station and CCwhich is used for AFC system.• Lab Setup similar to the production environment system.• Testing of new software patch for various equipment and finding the bugs for the same.• Managing Database & make it available 24*7.• To close all the software pending points given by the client.• Preparing Testing Platform Environment of all System and equipment• Interfacing with other Vendors.• Giving training to operational staff according to Business Rule and other AFC functional areas.

Project Worked: BS-22 DMRCThis system is 24*7 operative system consist of two database servers one is act as active and anotherone is act as standby which is connected with 41 metro stations which comprise of daily transactions8-10 lakhs. The size of database is above one terabyte. All the equipments at individual stations areconnected to the Station computer through LAN (CAT5 / OFC ) and all the stations in turn areconnected to the Central Computer through WAN (OFC )at Shastri Park Depot.As an System Engineer Responsible for: Responsible for giving Operation Training to DMRC for station computer andcentral computer. Station Computer installation and maintenance. Solely responsible for managing Application and Database on central computer. Integration with other application Managing & Installation the operation of Ticket Operation Machine. Managing RAS, HSM, KIM, DIM & work station at operation control center.  Managing daily Report Generation for Revenue department.  Responsible for issuing DSM Card to AFC Equipment. Export and Import of Database.
