Roles and Responsibility-* Design and implemented AI interface manger to run multiple AI use case parallel.* Tiny YOLO – v3 Deep Learning model(CNN- Convolutional Neural Network) was trained on COCO dataset of person instance (total count 259631) and client provided Virtual Cabin person dataset (14965).* Finally an accuracy of 82% with 8 FPS performance was achieved on PC. Final network have 54 layers with 2 output YOLO layers (Optimised Tiny Yolo Model). Other hyper-parameters like batch size, number of iterations, ignore threshold etc were also tweaked. * Created REST APIs using Flask to handle execution of various use case, live streaming, notifications and database.* Implemented Websocket for live notifications.* Worked on image processing to detect rust/corrosion using OpenCV and other statistical methods like standard deviation.* Created Image processing script to detect different anomalies like dust, solar panel glass breakage, diode fuse etc using drones. Technology used was python and OpenCV.* Trained SVM on features extracted from images containing actual rust.* Worked on the POC to detect text on ship and then that text is passed to OCR to detected numbers to identify ship.
