1. Ensure Development, implementation & evaluation of hospital operations management practice delivery model in accordance with the vision, mission, goals, and objective of the hospital unit. 2. Manage approximately 400 patients every day in OPD and 25 patients in IPD. 3. Responsible for building a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and operational excellence. 4. Selecting high-end medical equipment after taking into consideration the requirements of the hospital and conducting a cost-benefit analysis. 5. Create & implement a robust pricing mechanism for healthcare services based on an extensive market survey. 6. To ensure the availability of linen at all times in the hospital, proper segregation of linen, and ensuring their infection-free washing procedure. 7. Handling other administration & HR work of hospital along with Union Matters & other legal matters. 8. Recruit sufficient number of health care staff for efficient working with help of an annual manpower plan, preparing employee salary, and conducting employee training and employee induction programs. 9. Overseeing overall hospital quality aspects of Lotus Eye Hospital. Imparting training on quality-related aspects to all staff. 10. Ensuring timely collection, collation, and analysis of Quality Indicators and presenting them to the Quality Assurance Committee for further analysis and action. 11. Ensuring periodic audits of the hospital and patient quality aspects and updating management of requirements and modifications, if any. Ensuring timely conduct of various Committee Meeting and maintaining minutes of the meeting of the same. Prepared/ updated all manuals and SOPs in line with NABH requirements.
