* Represents IE team in customer meetings of all kind.* NPI Activities: Co-ordinate CFT for station readiness. Prepare training plan for critical, super critical processes. Calculate and allocate manpower for UPH based on build plan. Optimize the headcount requirement.* Mass production Activities: Analyze the gap between target and actual production quantity. Prepare action plan for improvement and training of supervisors for improved strategy. Reducing expenditures thereby improving overall profit of the business.* End of life: Planning against ramp down plan. Movement of headcount towards non focus to focus point. Dismantling of lines. Smart Planning thereby reducing non value added activities.
