Preventive Maintenance Planning & carrying out the Preventive Maintenance (PM, TBM & CBM) on machine as per schedule to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR.Find out the visual abnormality on machines and remove them on Daily basis.Responsible for providing safety to eliminate the accidents on machines.Responsible for making a healthy and good environment in organization.Ensuring implementation of Group Kaizen Activity (GKA) on shop floor and deploy them horizontally on another machines.Spare parts management & documentationTo maintain spare control with inventory control(Non-moving, slow moving, Fast moving) , Reduce out source cost by Planning & controlling of critical Spare parts to avoid surprises at the time of breakdown to reduce MTTR.Breakdown MaintenanceLeading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.Working ability as a team Leader to Handle the Manpower as per Breakdown priority and work planning.
